    Arrogant Mexican stooge bewails local officials' comments

    Mexican diplomat: Escondido officials' comments 'irresponsible'

    By: DAVID FRIED - Staff Writer

    ESCONDIDO ---- Responding to comments from two Escondido officials who criticized the consulate's presence at a city-sponsored event, the top Mexican diplomat in San Diego on Tuesday responded by calling their statements irresponsible and misleading.

    Luis Cabrera, Mexico's consul-general for San Diego, said that his office had done nothing wrong in setting up a mobile unit at a May 21 Escondido Civic Faire event at Grant Middle School, where Mexican nationals could apply for an identification card known as a matricula consular. {which is a worthless piece of crap ID that even Mexico itself doesn't accept. it's so worthless because none of the info on that card can be verified, it's easily susceptible to fraud and even Osama himself could get one. this card is used by illegal aliens only. only criminals need these cards because law abiding citizens have no use for them}

    On Monday, City Councilwoman Marie Waldron and Escondido Union School District board President Joan Gardner told the North County Times that allowing the consulate to issue the ID cards at a city-sponsored event on a public campus promoted illegal immigration. Waldron also characterized the cards as easy to forge and an unreliable source of identification.

    "It is very common but it's very misleading," Cabrera said of their comments. "Issuing these documents has nothing to do with immigration." {bull-s--t, it has everything to do with immigration. you people are trying to make it easier for Mexican criminals to subvert the authorities and to rip off the tax payers of benefits that they aren't entitled to}

    Cabrera added: "The statements of Ms. Waldron are very superficial and show a great ignorance. Saying our cards are based on fraudulent information is very irresponsible." {what part of that isn't true?}

    Gardner took her concerns to the City Council last week, prompting Waldron to ask the city staff to investigate who invited the consulate to the annual event. She suggested cutting off city funding for the event if the Mexican agency continues to participate. {what right does Mexico have to set up their mobile invasion stations on our soil, using our tax dollars to aide and abett an illegal alien invasion?}

    The city spends about $3,300 on the fair, now in its fourth year. Most of the money comes out of federal community grant funds, with about $650 from the general fund. {that's your and my tax dollars. Mexico thinks it has a right to tell us how we should spend our money. How much more arrogant can they actually get}

    Waldron said Tuesday that she stands by her original comments, adding, "(The cards) don't hold any weight with me."

    The purpose of the card is to provide Mexican citizens with a document from their government verifying their identity. In order to receive a card, applicants must present proof of Mexican citizenship and some form of identification with a current photo, as well as proof that they live within the local consulate's jurisdiction. Applicants are also subject to a background check. {no there not. that is all lies. for further info please read http://www.americanpatrol.com/REFERENCE ... amIDs.html}

    In 2003, federal legislators approved the use of the cards for identification purposes. Since then, many banks, local governments and public safety departments began accepting them. {because they are money grubbing, traitorous, whores for globalists like Jorge Bush and his Wall St cronies}

    "Local authorities, including Escondido, are accepting the documents because they are safe and secure," Cabrera said. {ROFLMAO, yeah and I'm Santa Claus, ROFLMAO}

    Escondido Police Department officials consider the cards a valid form of identification, Lt. David Mankin said Tuesday. He said officers will often review other identifying documents a person is carrying as well. Mankin estimated local officers see about one Mexican ID card each day. {talk about contradictions, they review other ID's a person carries because the Mexican ID is a fraud, a total joke. they aren't worth the TP I wipe my butt with. anyone carrying that card should be charged with using false ID and fraud at the very least, but I guest the laws don't apply to Mexican invaders anymore}

    Cabrera said Waldron and Gardner seemed to confuse their political views on the cards with the consulate's obligation to provide services to Mexican citizens. {again question should be why do consulates need to be providing services, which are all illegal, on our dime to Mexican citizens on US soil? if these Mexicans were here legally then the consulates wouldn't need to be here. follow the money trail people.}

    "It is not our duty to prove the person is documented or not," Cabrera said. "Saying that is twisting the whole issue by linking the matricula (card) with immigration." {that statement just proves that this card and the consulates operations are a sham. the consulates should be shut down under RICO and those involved should be deported back to Mexico after serving a 10 year jail sentence with all of their assets ceased}

    Gardner said she meant no insult, but added, "It's as clear as can be what the laws of our country say, and to enter our country you need permission." {exactly}

    A consular spokesman said the mobile unit issued about 400 ID cards the day of the civic fair. About 500 people sought services, including passports and other documents that day, he said.

    Cabrera said the consulate had planned to come to Escondido on May 28, but was told the civic fair would be a better time. He added that, like all other participants, the agency paid a fee of about $20 to set up a booth.

    "We never go to a place if we are not authorized to go to that place and if we are not invited," Cabrera said, adding that he believed it was Grant Middle School that had extended the invitation. {your not authorized to be in this country period, yet your still here?}

    However, Assistant Vice Principal Cesar Carrasco said that, to the best of his knowledge, no administrator at the school had contacted the consulate prior to the event.

    Jerry Van Leeuwen, the city's director of housing and neighborhood services, said he was looking into whether someone invited the consulate specifically or if the agency had responded to a blanket call for participants.

    Either way, Van Leeuwen said, he was aware the consulate intended to set up a booth and that the agency met the city's criteria for participating in the event, which focuses on social, health and civic services available to local residents.

    "It's not a matter of whether they're legal or illegal, it's a matter of it being a service they are able to provide to their citizens," he said. {go provide it in Mexico where criminals like you are the norm in that society, not here. go take your racketeering activities elsewhere}

    The consulate operates a mobile unit in North County about once every six to eight weeks to accommodate local residents {invaders/criminals} who can't take the time from work or don't have transportation to get to the consulate's office, Cabrera said.

    Gardner said the consulate should only issue the cards at its offices in San Diego.

    "I'm questioning their presence," she said, "on a public school campus."

    You got it, Scarecrow and they certainly don't need to be setting up to give out those fake ID's on our school properties. They should be run out of the country along with all their illegal counterparts.

    Here's what I wrote:

    Thank you for standing up for Californians and America by denouncing the presence of the mobile Mexican consulate in Escondido, CA. These consulates should not be able to use tax payer money to dole out these foreign sham ID's to aide and abet illegal immigration. In fact they shouldn't be able to aid and abet illegal immigration period since it's against federal law. I also hope that you will consider use of the RICO statures to investigate these consulates for their criminal activity. These ID's that the consulates are handing out are extremely fraudulent. They don't use any proper documents like birth certificates or social security cards or anything to prove that these people are who they say they are. All you have to do is pay a simple fee and you can put whatever info you want on these cards. These cards are exclusively used by illegal aliens only. Only foreign criminals need to use these cards. Some Mexican illegals caught by police have been known to possess dozens of these ID's, all with different aliases and names. Even American citizens could get one or many of these cards. Heck even Osama himself could purchase one of these cards and enter this country with a dirty nuke. All he'd have to do would be to change his appearance a little bit and change his name to protect himself, purchase one of these fake ID's from any Mexican consulate and there you have it, another 9-11 brought on by the in-action of our government. If not Osama, I'm sure one of his many cronies could pull something similar off if they haven't already. If Mexican illegals can use these cards to open up bank accounts and get other American tax payer benefits at our expense, then what is stopping terrorists from doing the same thing? Why are we fighting a war on terror if we make it easier for them to finance an attack against us? The Mexican consulates don't care about giving out these false ID's to criminals or terrorists, they just want to make a quick buck. Just follow the money trail.

    This card is an attempt at delivering a get out of jail free card to illegal alien criminals and terrorists. Thank you for standing up for the rule of law in this country and I hope you will continue to do so in your duties. We need more people like you in politics to help change the way bureaucratic Washington does business. Of course the ethnic and treason lobbyists including some corrupt politicians are going to call you names including racists, bigot and anti immigrant. I urge you to ignore these people for they are the vast minority of radicals in this country that want to do us harm. It is not racist, it is not bigotry, it is not anti immigrant to want the laws of the land to be enforced and for the tax payers to not have to unfairly fund illegal criminal activity. Remember that. You have support from many people in this country for what you do. Not just from Escondido residents, but from all over the country. We are watching and thankful for the job your doing. God Bless

    Thank you Councilwoman Marie Waldron. Just when you think you've heard or seen it all, it's something else.

    It's a good sign that people are becoming AWARE of what is happening to their country and each time someone speaks up it is a giant step for America. I really appreciate this Councilwoman.
