I will remind you that Trump was on Air Force One with Yoder the day before, if Trump wasn't in on the hatching of this bill, he certainly did nothing to convince Yoder not to pass it. So far Trump has not had a melt down at a rally about this, and last I heard the WH would not even issue a statement about it. That speaks volumes.
