    Perhaps it is one of these? Everyone of these is a "non profit" political advocacy group and is based on race/ethnicity. Some of these may truly be innocuous however as with La Raza, who is also listed here, don't let the quaint little descriptions fool you. They are all political and you can bet have there hands in one form or another in all this illegal immigration mess.

    The PRLDEF Institute for Puerto Rican Policy was created as a result of the recent merger between the Puerto Rican Legal Defense and Education Fund (PRLDEF), founded in 1972, and the Institute for Puerto Rican Policy (IPR), founded in 1982. This new division of PRLDEF will conduct policy analysis and advocacy, and will collaborate with PRLDEF's Litigation Division to integrate the organization's litigation and policy work.

    Most people don't. Look too at how many are located in Washington DC and NYC. There is much money and political clout behind many of these organizations. In addition, we the taxpayers, fund part of many of their operations either through direct funding or non profit accounting.

    Lord knows it would be nice to have some groups show me the way around all this stuff.........all I get is aging American, white, English only.....back of the line.

    Oh I was aware that we fund their racist organizations whether we want to or not. Funny how we don't get any say over that issue. Personally, I think the people who benefit from these groups should fund them, not the taxpayers. I hate having my pockets picked to fund people whose ideals and beliefs I despise so much.
