Four plead guilty in illegal hiring case from Sierra Vista
The Associated Press

Four people who worked for a drywall company accused of knowingly hiring illegal immigrants have pleaded guilty to criminal charges in federal court.
The four were among those arrested when federal immigration agents raided Sun Dry Wall & Stucco Inc. in Sierra Vista more than a year ago. Criminal charges are pending against four other people, including the firm's president and human resource manager.
Of the four in court Wednesday, one pleaded guilty to misdemeanor employing — and continuing to employ — illegal immigrants.
Two others pleaded guilty to misdemeanor conspiracy to employ — and continuing to employ — illegal immigrants. The fourth pleaded guilty to felony conspiracy to knowingly hire at least 10 illegal immigrants within a 12-month period.
The cases were prosecuted under federal employer sanction laws.
