U.S. Border Patrol agents were protecting more than just our borders today.

Multiple suspects from Mexico attempted to steel cattle from a rural area near Ajo but were intercepted by U.S. Border Patrol Agents with the help of a mobile surveillance system.

Agents detected three suspects on horseback trying to rustle up cattle and were able to respond before the suspects could complete the job.

Agents attempted to capture the suspects but were unable to apprehend them before they slipped back across the border.
