The Obama administration's decision to fight implementation of Arizona's tough new immigration law is a good first step in the fight against policies that create hatred and fear, representatives from the Labor Council for Latin American Advancement said Wednesday.

An alliance of nearly 20 organizations gathered at the César E. Chávez Learning Center with banners, fliers and a pledge to support the U.S. Department of Justice's lawsuit challenging Arizona's Senate Bill 1070. No the Arizona law is not creating hate. These activists groups and the attitude they are passing on to Mexican's are creating hate. The Mexican community is showing their true feelings for Americans.

They are right that the attitude of Americans are changing as never before. The cat is out of the box. Gone is the idea that they are just hard working people looking for a better life.

They have become rude and hostile to American's to the point that hardly a day goes by that I don't hear from good American citizens "I hate Mexicans". They don't express this hate for all hispanics it is always directed at Mexicans and is related to personal experiences in every day life.
