TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - Tea Party members are rallying against things like taxes, bailouts and "Obamacare" but on Saturday its border security and immigration that's getting the crowd on their feet.

"I took an oath of honor to enforce the laws, all the laws," said Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio.

Sheriff Arpaio and Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu are asking voters to stand up against illegal immigration and vote for candidates who will tighten border control. This is something they both say the Feds aren't doing.

"They put up 15 billboard-sized signs written in English facing north saying danger, warning, travel not recommended, drug and human smuggling and guns men instead of in Spanish facing south saying stay out," said Sheriff Babeu.

Tea Party members say more and more Americans have become frustrated with Washington's inaction and are confident election results will show that.

"We became complacent until Obama got in his term and now we've awoken and say enough is enough," said Steven See, a tea party member.

Tea Party members also say what they want is for the government to take responsibility.

"Things that government are responsible for seem to always take less precedence than things the government want to do and we're spending a lot of money, lots of money on things not constitutionally mandated," Trent Humphries, the organizer for the Tea Part rally.

Tea Party members are recruiting volunteers to continue to campaign for the Republican candidates and remind people to vote in November.
