Truck driver forced to show birth certificate claims racial-profiling

PHOENIX – A Valley man says he was pulled over Wednesday morning and questioned when he arrived at a weigh station for his commercial vehicle along Val Vista and the 202 freeway.

Abdon says he provided several key pieces of information but what he provided apparently was not what was needed.

He tells 3TV, “I don't think it's correct, if I have to take my birth certificate with me all the time.â€

The bill is not law yet and they are already starting to claim racial profiling.

These are federal agents, not AZ local police. This was ICE. It's already federal law and federal "standard operating procedure".

What they are hoping for--- are a number of legal Americans to be stopped. They will then use that to support one of our dumbest situations--profiling!!!

Profiling is a rule(law?) that says we must not believe what our eyes are seeing. It says that if a black man kills someone, the fact he is black must not be noticed. It says that if you see a person who is of obvious (ooops, no such thing??), Mayan, Incan , Asian, African descent, you did not see that. Somehow, someway, this is supposed to be fair. Sort of like hate laws. When a black man kills a white man because of skin color, the white man is more offended, more dead; therefore the killer must be more punished. This is the country modified by liberal, sick minds, that we have become. A nation of people who must lie to ourselves about what we saw to satisfy the puling desires of a minority of people for their definition of "social justice".

These are the same people whose hears are so generous with the gifts of the United States that they would share them with the world. They walk around in a cloud of goodness, so self satisfied at how wonderful they are that they never notice the unintended consequences they visit upon their fellow Americans.

Ultimately, the population balance will include a large number of illegals who will then vote in those whom believe America should have always open borders.

And a minority (535) of people will go for those votes at the expense of spacious skies and purple mountain majesty. (Just view the photos of the trashing of the forest and desert where the coyotes lead the illegals through nto steal American jobs.

I think you're on to something. This was probably staged. First of all, weigh stations are state facilities, not federal ports of entry, so why was ICE there to begin with? Second of all, unless ICE was running some type of "check point", there was no reason to ask for additional information on this driver who lives in Phoenix, is driving a licensed commercial vehicle in Phoenix, who has a commercial driver's license for Phoenix, and has a valid social security number. He should also have a vehicle driver's license on him too which would also have his social security number. So unless the SS number wasn't valid or didn't match up to him, I'm not sure why they asked for additional documents at a weigh station.

But here's the give away. How convenient it was that he happened to live in Phoenix, that his wife happened to be at work in Phoenix, that they happened to have copies of their birth certificates at home, and they called the media.
