Yep, she clearly committed a felony and should be prosecuted. What kind of society are we becoming when our law enforcement officials are allowed to pick and choose the laws they wish to enforce and ignore the wants they don't agree with?
It's outrageous when we have local law enforcement officials who absolutely refuse to do anything about illegals (even when they walk right up to them) under the guise it's a federal issue.

Local law enforcement will be the ones who are going to come into contact with these illegals! If they refuse to do anything about it, then what chance does this country have.

Bank robbery is also a Federal Crime, but I doubt that any local police officer would ignore such a criminal and claim it's the FBI's responsibility to deal with such crime.

If a legal resident or citizen did this Child Protective Services and local law enforcement would file felony charges on them for abandoning a child. Instead Jeremy Roebuck wants us to feel all fuzzy because they are all happily reunited. Oh well, at least all of them are back in Mexico where they belong.

They are probably already back in the US. This woman seems to be able to cross at will, while local law enforcement smiles and gets all warm and fuzzy inside.

No doubt. All the time they were missing they had probably already established a place to stay and employment with friends or relatives via the "Illegal Underground" and are all set up and ready to go.

Can you imagine! As an American Citizen, I would be scared to death to attempt to try what we have allowed this woman to get away with in one of their countries.

Had you or I tried this little stunt in one of their Latin American Countries, we would have been arrested and thrown in jail for no telling how long!

This woman seems to have no fear of American Law Enforcement. Either she is incredibly stupid(great case as to why these people should not be allowed in our country), or she is filled with so much arrogance and bravado that she just doesn't care!

Hard to imagine how someone like this could make the United States a better country.
