Those who enter this country illegally will only have to find their nearest Mexican Consulate who will then issue these illegals a Mexican Passport. All they need is a birth certificate which states they were born in Mexico. Not hard at all for them to get a Mexican Passport.
I don't know, NoBueno. If that were the case, why did they institute Matricula cards instead of telling them that passports carried more weight?
Don't know. But they can certainly get a Mexican Passport at one of their consulates if they have a birth certificate, which indicates they were born Mexico.

See for yourself. Here is a link to the Mexican Consulate in Los Angeles. I speak very little spanish, but it explains what they need to get a Mexican Passport.

    Quotes in part:

"State law lists a foreign passport from a US-recognized country as an acceptable identification to verify that someone is 21, the legal age to drink. Other acceptable identification include a Massachusetts driver’s license, a military card, a US passport, or a state liquor card, which shows someone is of legal age to drink. "

So if the illegal alien will lie about the information on the passport and is here illegally, what makes you think he didn't lie about his age?

    A liar, is a liar , is a liar.

Good for them. Massachusetts of all places. Sounds like some of the libs are starting to get disgusted too. Oh ya, this guy is picking fruit right? NO, he's doing a job that Americans are willing to do.

In California if you serve a minor the bar as well as the bartender are heavily fined. A bartender or bouncer has the right to card anyone. Close scrutiny or machines are used to check Driver's License or CA ID since we all know minor's obtain fake ID. The local pub here also accepts Military ID, and a passport with ID from the country of origin only. They do not accept Maticular Cards because they do not have anyway to know if they are authentic or fake. Many a Mexican has left angry, but that is the rules. If the Mexican Consulate would like to furnish every drinking establishment a machine to verify their cards fine, until them bartenders should not be asked to risk being fined. Simple as that.
