    WASHINGTON - The Homeland Security Department will assign more than 500 additional patrol agents to the porous Arizona border, saying they will help keep potential terrorists and illegal immigrants from entering the country, The Associated Press has learned.

    Brit Humes has his roundtable on Fox News now. The talking heads are pontificating as to why Bush's approval rating has dropped. The first guy said "gas prices." The conversation goes around to the others and they discuss the rise in the price of gasoline. A little talk about the Schiavo matter .. nothing at all about immigration and the recent meeting with Fox'ee.

    I find it curious how some of these supposedly informed people can be
    so clueless. Many, many people are completely fed up with the border
    security/illegal immigration issue. Much of the media just want to ignore the issue because they seem to think that it will go away.
    It is NOT going away. The media can keep their heads where the sun doesn't shine and the issue will only get worse.
