The Biden Regime has been using a parole amnesty for mass illegal immigration for almost two years.

It took another wild step recently when in anticipation of the end of Title 42 expulsions of illegal aliens, the Chief Patrol Agent (CPA) of the U.S. Border Patrol (USBP) authorized mass parole of the increasing flood of illegal aliens that the Biden Regime is releasing, instead of serving the aliens with the official charging document, initiating deportation proceedings: Form I-862, Notice To Appear (NTA) or even the lesser version of the NTA, the Form I-385, Notice To Report (NTR), an order to appear at an ICE SVU office.

It gives the lie to the claim by visa fraudster and Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Alejandro Mayorkas that the border is secure and not open.

In fact, the border is open. Illegal aliens know that all those arrested or present themselves to the Border Patrol are immediately released as it is with the order from the Border Patrol to release illegal aliens on parole.

Governor Ron DeSantis knows Mayorkas is lying, so the State of Florida went to court to challenge the latest iteration of the Biden Regime Parole Amnesty, the mass release of illegal aliens using parole into the United States.

Instead of using Expedited Removal (ER) to expel illegal aliens immediately as claimed by DHS, the zerg rush of illegals is waved into the United States, including illegally conspiring with the Mexican government to allow the invaders to enter.

Governor DeSantis went to a Federal Judge in Florida and obtained a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) to halt this illegal use of parole by the Biden Regime to facilitate the unlawful entry of illegal aliens, a violation of Title 8 United States Code, Section 1325 Improper Entry By An Alien and 8 USC Section 1324 Bringing In And Harboring Certain Aliens.

WASHINGTON − A federal judge in Florida blocked a Biden administration plan to release migrants in the U.S. on “parole” because of an [sic] surge expected once an emergency immigration restriction known as Title 42 lifts.

U.S. District Judge T. Kent Wetherell in the Northern District of Florida wrote late Thursday that a Biden administration memorandum outlining the parole policy appeared to conflict with a decision from the court in a separate case earlier this year. Wetherell, nominated by President Donald Trump, said his order would take effect at 11:59 p.m.

“The Southwest Border has been out of control for the past 2 years,” Wetherell wrote. “And it is about to get worse because, at midnight tonight, the Title 42 order expires.”

The full decision is a complete smackdown of the Biden Regime’s lawlessness, lies to the court, and lies to the public about the completely predictable disaster at the border. The only weakness of the order is that instead of ordering the Biden Regime to reinstate the “Remain In Mexico” policy and use Expedited Removal (ER), the sole effect is to require the full processing of illegal aliens and the formal serving of an NTA.

This will cause the regime an indescribable public relations disaster at the border, as hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens will be standing out in the hot sun and cold night for weeks on end while Border Patrol Agents process each illegal alien for an NTA, which takes at least two hours per alien.

Perhaps this is Judge T. Kent Wetherwell’s intention; he heard the Biden Regime lies before, and he decided to make the Biden Regime eat a shit sandwich in public, perhaps forcing them to reevaluate “Remain In Mexico” and ER.

Even better news is that Judge Wetherwell will be having a hearing on a Preliminary Injunction (PI) on May 19, 2023 where I expect the TRO to be extended into a PI.

Hopefully someone in Governor DeSantis’ office can inform Judge Wetherwell about “Remain In Mexico” and ER.

It does tell us that impeachment is the answer for Biden and Mayorkas. Then arrests under the next administration.
