Democrats control the cloture rule, not the bill. Democrats can't pass this bill or any other version of it. So as long as Republicans stand firm, there will be no amnesty funded by American Taxpayers. And this is the time for Republicans to stand firm, don't budge an inch, don't give them a dime. I would give Democrats one more vote on cloture, then bring it to a vote with a filibuster and let the Democrats filibuster the bill. I think it would be good for America to hear for hours, days and weeks how little the Democrats care about American workers and citizens, and how much they care for illegal aliens in our country in violation of US immigration law. Let them show their stuff.
