    What’s the definition of fraud? Evidently, the U.S. Supreme Court has one for illegal immigrants, and one for the rest of us.

    The astounding, unanimous decision that overturned the conviction of a Mexican migrant worker flipped logic on its head and stripped one more tool from immigration agents.

    I agree. The Supreme Court was just wrong about this one.

    Congress needs to make it very clear if you are in posession of a SS# ir have given a number as your SS it is punishable, regardless if your intent is to steal an ID. It's the fraudlent use of a SS#.
