Community Policing says Mob Rules and designates authority over the Constitution, IMO. Then again, what do I know? In my lifetime, I never thought I would see a group of Police Officers leading an angry mob of people through a crime ridden neighborhood in protest of local crime. The angry mob was the apparent epitome of perfection . Wyatt Earp challenged a mob once, and said you'll have to come through me first, which is exemplerary behavior within a Republic ruled by a set of laws (like the U.S.), not a Democracy ruled by the majority. Once they lowered the standard for Law Enforcement officers, I believe in the 90's, it all went to something else. The Lord is my Sheperd, I shall not want.

It has been stated many times that mexicans are trying to create a majority population within certain States in the Union. Under Community Policing, if mob does rule, the mexican voice will over shadow all others, and dictate law if mexicans take over a certain area. Gil Cedillo lives in a Majority Hispanic area from what I know, so his bill is certain to have weight, considering California has a large number of Hispanics. It is a shame, the Constitution gives illegals nothing, but the majority says different. California is a Republic, but.... it is beginning to look like a Democracy.
