Why can't this just go to SCOTUS?

It's one of the most obvious and agreed-upon misinterpretations in history!

Stopping anchor baby citizenship is the single biggest thing we can do to halt this invasion of illegal aliens. It is just as big a magnet as the jobs in bringing them here. It is the reason most of them never intend to leave; once they have a child born here they think they're entitled to stay. After all, their child is fully an American citizen, entitled to every benefit imaginable and mom gets free WIC, prenatal care and hospital delivery every time she has a new baby.
