MOUNDSVILLE -- Marshall County Sheriff John Gruzinskas said the three were taken into custody at the former Olin Chemical site on Route 2 Monday afternoon.

Gruzinskas said the site is a federal EPA clean-up site and the three were employed by Texas Environmental Plastics.

"We do know that the job site was closed by the West Virginia Department of Labor because there were license problems with this particular company in addition to the fact that this particular company had employed persons that were undocumented aliens. So someone...there should have been some oversight", according to Gruzinskas.

Two of the three men had been arrested several times by different agencies but failed to appear for their court hearings. Gruzinskas said that's frustrating because these men are playing the system and the law will most likely see them again.

The three were taken into custody by I.C.E.
