Tucson Sector Border Patrol agents recently arrested two Mexican nationals, who were previously convicted for sex crimes against children. On April 14th, Willcox Station agents arrested 26 year old Jesus Nieblas-Romero near San Simon, Arizona. During processing, agents conducted a records check and found he was convicted twice. Once for illegal re-entry into the United States, and also convicted for sexual contact with a child in 2010.

On April 17, Brian A. Terry Station agents arrested 28 year old Nestor Franco-Guevara in Bisbee, Arizona. A records check revealed he was previously deported from the U.S. and was convicted of raping a child in 2009.

Both subjects are being processed in accordance to Tucson Sector Guidelines and face prosecution for criminal illegal re-entry into the United States.
