Border agents discover two immigrants in pickup toolbox

Border Patrol agents found two undocumented immigrants from Mexico - including a woman who said she was four months pregnant - crammed inside the toolbox of a pickup at the Sarita border checkpoint Tuesday.

Agents were making an inspection on the truck when a dog alerted authorities, according to a news release. When authorities opened the truck's toolbox, they discovered the pregnant woman jammed next to the man, according to the release.

Locked in the tool box, the pair were sweating profusely when discovered but declined medical treatment, the release said. A 41-year-old man and 31-year-old man, both U.S. citizens, were accused of immigrant smuggling.
