Border Czar Tom Homan Vows to Prosecute NJ Governor Phil Murphy After Revelation of Harboring Illegal Immigrant

Border Czar Tom Homan announced his intention to pursue legal action against far-left New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy.

This comes after Governor Murphy boasted about harboring an illegal immigrant in his own home.

During a gathering with Blue Wave New Jersey, Governor Murphy casually disclosed the presence of an individual living above his garage, whose “immigration status is not yet at the point that they are trying to get it to.” He provocatively added, “Good luck to the feds coming in to try to get her.”

This statement is a direct challenge to federal law enforcement authorities.

This audacious declaration by Governor Murphy has not gone unnoticed.

During an interview with Sean Hannity, current border czar Tom Homan expressed outrage at Murphy's comments and vowed to pursue legal action against the far-left governor.

Sean Hannity:
The governor of New Jersey, Phil Murphy, basically admitted that he knew somebody that didn't have full documentation, that he was hiding over his garage.

Then we have Thom Tillis, Senator from North Carolina, saying that people should have the right to sue sanctuary cities and states that aid and abet in law-breaking. Your comment on all of that."

Tom Homan:
I think the government is pretty foolish the same way he said because I got a note of it, won't let it go, we'll look into it. If he's knowingly harboring, concealing an illegal alien, that's a violation of Title 8 United States Code 1324, I would seek prosecution, or the secretary would seek prosecution. Maybe he's bluffing. If he's not, we'll deal with that.

As far as suing sanctuary cities, we'll get in line because the Trump administration is going to do that already. Sanctuary cities are sanctuaries for criminals.

One example is Sanctuary Cities in New York City. If they would have given us over the killer of Laken Riley when he got arrested in New York City for endangering a child, he would have been in jail. He would never have killed Laken Riley.

Sanctuary cities are responsible for the deaths of thousands, thousands of young children throughout my career. We're going to sue them. We're going to hold them. Look, if it's got to go to the Supreme Court, that's what President Trump wanted to do. He will end sanctuary cities.
