06-18-2006, 03:48 PM #2Yeah, that makes a lot of sense. Let's just deport all the hardened non-citizen criminals so they can sneak right back across the border into the U.S. Folks, some people just are using the brain matter God put in their heads!Kleimann also suggested sending illegal immigrants in Texas prisons to their home countries would free up money in the state budget, rendering a recently approved school finance package unnecessary.
Now, I would agree to that if we had an agreement with their national country to obide by U.S. sentencing. Sorry, but I don't think that would ever happen - their home country doesn't want to feed and house them in their prisons anymore than we want to. Look like the U.S. tax payer is stuck paying the bills for their imprisonment. Releasing them into the general public, no matter what country, is not an option until they've payed for their crime. We can't be hypocrites and ask why our government is not enforcing the immigration laws and than turn around and request that our government release criminals before they've paid for their crime (that is not enforcement).
