MISSION — Authorities Tuesday afternoon discovered a human stash house in Mission containing 81 immigrants who’d entered the country illegally, Border Patrol spokesman Danny Tirado said.

Officers were serving a warrant at a house in the 3000 block of Mile 10 in Mission, Tirado said.

The 81 — now held by Border Patrol — are Mexican, Honduran, Salvadoran, Guatemalan and Nicaraguan nationals.

Local and federal agents collaborated on the investigation, which continues. Authorities are questioning four people in connection with the case whose names have not been released.
