Border Patrol arrests man in AZ on murder charge

The U.S. Border Patrol says agents have arrested an illegal immigrant on a murder warrant.

Agents at the Border Patrol's Naco station says the man was apprehended last week while trying to enter the United States illegally.

They say the warrant turned up in a check of the Integrated Automated Fingerprint Identification System, or IAFIS.

The Border Patrol says the system showed he also had arrests for assault, gang activity and criminal firearms possession.

He was to be extradited to New York.

Then we get to pay to feed and house him for the rest of his life. I'm sick of this.

Would you rather he go free and never pay for his crimes?
His crime was committed in New York.
That is the only place he can be tried for it.

Deporting him without a jail sentence would only result in his return. Maybe he wouldn't be caught at the border next time, but would simply go back to gang activities on our streets.
