“We cannot and must not establish the precedent that we will fund illegal actions on the hope that another branch of government will intervene and strike down that illegal action at some later point,” Sessions said in a statement. “President Obama has already shut down the Department of Homeland Security by ordering tens of thousands of immigration officers and agents to violate our laws and their oaths, sabotaging immigration enforcement and border control. Republicans are trying every day to restore Homeland Security — only a Democrat filibuster stands in the way.”
That is indeed the bottom-line. You can not rely on the courts. We've never been able to. The reason there is a Republican Party is because the US Supreme Court ruled that black slaves were not persons and therefore not entitled to be free persons. The Republican Party was formed the year of the Dred Scott Decision that sent a free man in Illinois back to Missouri to be a slave. Because he was a slave in a border state and not covered by the Emancipation Proclamation and died before the Missouri Constitutional Convention convened and banned slavery in Missouri, poor Dred Scott died a slave, never realizing the importance of his life to the advancement of our nation. But, Republicans knew, and did everything a man or woman can do to end this abomination and establish equal rights for blacks. The first US Civil Rights Act passed right after the Civil War was shot down and overturned by the US Supreme Court which forced the legislature into silence for many years until we tried again under Eisenhower, Brown versus the Board of Education, this time we won. The US Civil Rights Act of 1957 soon followed pushed again by Republicans, but was largely gutted by the Democrats including John F. Kennedy when he was a US Senator. And the 1964 US Civil Rights Act is actually the original draft of the 1957 US Civil Rights Act before it was gutted by Democrats, and the 1965 Voting Rights Act was written by a Republican Senator Everett Dirksen from Illinois.

So, here we are again, facing another abomination of another kind, but the impact on our citizens is the same, to reduce the lives of our people through overpopulation, flooded labor markets, unemployment, underemployment, deflated wages and benefits, high taxation, soaring public debt and more authoritarian government to keep US in line, all modern forms of slavery, this time caused by government-sponsored uncontrolled foreign invasions.

And again, it's only Republicans in Congress and State Capitals who give a damn. There is a line in the sand, as distinct and clear as crystal glass. You don't have to be a Republican to do the right thing. You don't even have to vote for or like our candidates and officials, but you must like what we're doing, and we must have your support to stop this madness. This isn't about politics or elections, it's about the security and financial well-being of our citizens. We need all Americans to support the defunding of DHS to stop Obama Amnesty, and then we need all your support to pass additional legislation that will ensure this never happens again.
