2 charged, man details racial attack, Obama slurs

Man says he was punched in face and head by 2 men who shouted racial slurs and directed expletives at president-elect.

FULLERTON – The first punch landed square on the side of Benjamin Upshaw's chin. He tasted blood from a split lip.

He had seen the two men coming and realized too late that they were trouble. He says they demanded his money and his watch, spat racial slurs at him and shouted, “(Expletive) Obama.â€

Two scum bag gang bangers attacking a 47 year old man who is disabled! These gang bangers are the biggest cowards ever. I would bet my lunch money they are probably anchor babies!

I hope the little scumbags do alot of hard time, they are a menace to society and need kept off the streets.

Let the big boys take care of them in jail.

We left Orange County and so did our kids. It use to be beautiful. Now it is on its way to full demise with people like Loretta Sanchez and her sister catering to people like this.

I remember when I was a kid and Orange county was all Orange groves...I loved it when we drove through there and stopped and got oranges. Now it looks like a dump.

Not all but certainly a lot of it. Yorba Linda is still nice, at least unless it burns down. Newport Beach is still good. But the rest is totally gone or on its way.

Amen Gogo! I'm still here and my area is relatively ok yet. I give this area 10 more years at best(if nothing changes) before you have million dollar homes surrounded by a third world dump. There are already pockets here that did not exist 10 years ago which are made up entirely of illegal invaders. It's common knowledge, yet nothing is done about it.

It's sad, as I have been here almost my entire life, 35 years. It sure has changed, and not for the better! I guarantee you I will not stick around here another 10 years to find out what becomes of this area.
