Border Patrol Nabs Convicted Felon Entering U.S.

    (Friday, January 20, 2012)
Lordsburg, N.M. – A convicted felon was arrested by Border Patrol agents shortly after he entered the United States illegally.

The incident occurred on January 19, 2012, as Border Patrol agents assigned to the Lordsburg, New Mexico station arrested one subject minutes after entering the United States illegally. Using the Integrated Automated Identification System (IAFIS) and other databases, the male subject was later identified as 51-year old Porfirio Acosta Ochoa, a Mexican national. The subjects’ background information also revealed that Ochoa had positive criminal felony convictions for charges including homicide, assault in conjunction with a hit and run offense, as well as prior immigration violations. Ochoa is now facing criminal prosecution for illegal re-entry, and removal from the United States.

Rapid deployment efforts and cooperation between the U.S. Border Patrol and other law enforcement agencies are continuing to have effective results in keeping criminals out of our communities, while securing America’s borders and improving the quality of life.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection is the unified border agency within the Department of Homeland Security charged with the management, control and protection of our nation's borders at and between the official ports of entry. CBP is charged with keeping terrorists and terrorist weapons out of the country while enforcing hundreds of U.S. laws.

Dude was probably broke and KNEW we was going to get medical treatment and 3 hots and a cot for several years.. He more than likely has Cartel member friends or family to see in prison too.
You cannot dedicate yourself to America unless you become in every
respect and with every purpose of your will thoroughly Americans. You
cannot become thoroughly Americans if you think of yourselves in groups. President Woodrow Wilson
