    That is a fantastic article!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have heard numerous times over the years about cities giving them tax breaks while the mom and pop businesses get no breaks!!!!!!!!

    Wal-Mart is no longer using subcontractors to do janitorial work because of lawsuits and fines. They started hiring and using their own workers to handle the janitorial work.

    Yeah, I think that website is old and hasn't been changed in a while. I take it they are now hiring LEGALS? You know the company I used to work for subcontracts people to do the same I bet some of them are illegals too.
