One of top 10 FBI fugitives captured in Mexico
MEXICO CITY (Reuters) - A Mexican man who is among the FBI's 10 most wanted fugitives for allegedly murdering his 4-year-old stepson in 2003 has been arrested in Mexico, the U.S. Embassy said on Monday.

Genero Espinosa Dorantes, 35, was arrested on Saturday in the border city of Tijuana on charges of torturing and killing his stepson Luis Cisneros in Nashville, Tennessee, U.S. Ambassador Tony Garza said.

Earlier in February Espinosa Dorantes' former girlfriend, the victim's mother, was arrested in Mexico's central city of Guanajuato for alleged complicity in the murder.

U.S. officials plan to seek extradition of the suspects.
