More than 4,100 pounds. were found hidden in the truck’s cargo department during a closer inspection this week at the Mariposa Port of Entry in Nogales, according to a U.S. Customs and Border Protection news release.

An unidentified 46-year-old man from Nogales, Sonora was taken into custody by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, officials Tuesday. Another person who was not in the truck but connected to the investigation was also taken into custody.

The pot was valued at more than $2 million.
