21 Arrested After Van Crashes With Border Patrol Vehicle

SAN DIEGO -- A van carrying 21 suspected illegal immigrants intentionally ramed a Border Patrol vehicle on Interstate 5 Wednesday, officials said.
The collision took place in Oceanside near the Mission Avenue offramp, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The van's driver smashed the back of the Border Patrol vehicle, but it was stopped a short time later.
Border Patrol agents took the van driver and passengers into custody.
One of the passengers had to be hospitalized for injuries suffered in the collision. The Border Patrol agents involved in the crash were not injured.

I just hope that the Border Patrol agents don't get sent to jail for placing their automobile in harms way of the illegals, or get sued by the smugglers.
