Subsequent investigation and questioning of these suspects by the Bay County Sheriff’s Office 287g Task Force Investigators revealed that Ruiz-Toledo had been previously arrested by the Bay County Sheriff’s Office for the charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in July of 2009.
