Agents arrest illegal immigrants

Federal agents arrested 47 illegal immigrants in South Bend, Mishawaka, Goshen, Elkhart and Nappanee in a four-day operation that ended Monday, according to the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

The immigrants were among 144 who were arrested in a wider operation that included Chicago and its suburbs, ICE reports.

A Goshen group will talk about the operation at its meeting tonight.

Every successful ICE raid should be circulated throughout the world, giving them the idea that there is some danger of coming here illegally.

I like the break down of the countries of origin. It just goes to show that lawlessness is from all corners of the world. It is, however, the Latinos that do the whining. I haven't seen anyone from Europe or Asia whine about it. In fact, I remember one man who told his son, "I broke the law, I took the change and now I will pay the consequences." That guy I respected. NO whining, took it like a man.
