Cedillo has introduced similar bills seven times before and most of them were vetoed while others failed to make it out of the Legislature. Gov. Jerry Brown has also voiced opposition to driver's licenses for illegal immigrants.

We must deport all illegal aliens. Gov Brown must not support Cedillo. Cedillo must not work for illegal aliens. He must work for US citizens only. Tell him that.

He got it passed before.

It got vetoed every time.

California is simmering into a full boil. Sat. I went to the beauty shop, one of the girls was on the phone having a hard time with a credit card line and I heard her say, damm press 1 for English, next thing I knew the customer and everyone within earshot started expressing their anger over the illegal immigration issue in California.

Later that night I was about a 100 miles away having dinner with friends at a restaurant. All of a sudden a man at the next table stands up and loudly says "I am a Puerto Rican damm it, I am not a damm Mexican and I hate illegal immigrants". I of course do not know what their conversation had been or what caused this mans outburst, but to hear two outbursts in public within an 8 hour timeframe and 100 miles apart it caught my attention.

WOW. Wish I'd been there to see THAT. Did you contribute any opinions during this conversation in the Beauty shop or just stay silent and observe? I don't think I could have kept my mouth shut. lol!

Of course I put my two cents worth in. It just amazed me where once everyone was hesitant to openly discuss illegal immigration everyone seemed to have been affected in some way by illegal immigration and were only too happy to openly discuss their experiences and opinions.
