Illegal Alien arrested for Sexually Assaulting 14 year old Girl in Logan Heights

Agustin Montejo-Hernandez, 25, was booked into San Diego jail Wednesday on felony charges including sexual penetration with an object, lewd and lascivious behavior, and sexual battery on a minor stemming from an attack on a 14 year old girl last Sunday evening.

Hernandez is also on an Immigration Hold at the George Bailey Detention Facility.

According to SDPD, Hernandez lured the young girl away from her yard and then grabbed her and attempted to take her to a more secluded location. The girl broke free and ran back to her yard, but Hernandez followed her, caught her, kissed her, fondled her breasts, and sexually assaulted her.

The girl’s mother came outside and Hernandez ran away. Hernandez was later identified in the neighborhood and arrested by SDPD officers Wednesday.

Hernandez is scheduled to be arraigned at 8:15 am Tuesday at the San Diego Central Division Court, Room 30.

BACKGROUND: San Diego has long been a sanctuary city for illegal aliens and foreign criminals with Special Order 6.18, which tells SDPD officers not to concern themselves with the immigration status of people they come in contact with, even lawbreakers. The police order, reportedly authored by Mayor Jerry Sanders who is the former Chief of Police of San Diego, also makes the ridiculous claim that illegal aliens don't live in the city's migrant camps such as the infamous McGonigle Canyon. Mayor Sanders and Chief Bill Lansdowne refuse to remove the sanctuary policy from SDPD regulations.

Not surprisingly, with that "hands off" police policy, most illegal aliens living in the City of San Diego have no fear of police or immigration agents. By some estimates, over 100,000 illegal aliens, mostly Mexican nationals, are "hiding" in San Diego, or as its known in Mexico, "Aztlan / Northern Mexico".
