Their ethno-supremacist agenda won't be covered up by a simple name change...their advocacy and policies are still all about "advancing" an agenda for a group of people based on ethnicity....something that is no longer necessary in this country....we should and need to move beyond that...
Americans come in all colors/origins....no one group deserves special treatment or privilieges over another simply based on color or ethnicity....Get over it, La RAZA. Move on...mainstream Americans have woken up to your agenda and are overwhelmingly opposed to it, especially when U.S. taxpayers are providing tens of millions of dollars to fund it.

07-20-2008, 11:33 PM #14Last year, the group decided to change its name to CCNMA: Latino Journalists of California
I see more name-shattering critizism coming from that slug as well. The flag flies at half-mast out of grief for the death of my beautiful, formerly-free America. May God have mercy on your souls.

"Such a claim is so far outside of the mainstream of the Latino community that we find it incredible that our critics raise it as an issue," according to the National Council of La Raza's Web site. "NCLR has never supported and does not endorse the notion of a 'Reconquista' or 'Aztlan.'"
Other Latinos, such as Haro, call the claim "ridiculous."
"Give me the evidence. Where is this written? Give me the minutes to the meeting," Haro said. "Show me where this is going on. I've not seen it."
'Wherever there is a Mexican, there is Mexico.' FELIPE CALDERÓN
Our southern neighbor is not shy about expressing its intention to conquer the American Southwest, which Mexico regards as territory lost in the Treaty of Guadalupe Hildalgo in 1846. Mexican children are taught in school that the United States stole that land, which they call “Aztlan.â€Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

It's amazing how these people claim that they have no agenda for the United States, that they are not race based or racist, they are so misunderstood, that they have absolutely no idea where any of this reconquista "nonsense" comes from........yet there's literal mountains of proof in word, audio, and on film.
Any one of them can go right ahead and change their names....it doesn't change their stripes.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

Ha Ha! A leopard can't change his spots. They can change their names all they want, but they will still be racist groups trying to squeeze the Americans.
RIP TinybobIdaho -- May God smile upon you in his domain forevermore.

You're welcome GoGo. Here's more:
The term Reconquista (in English, "reconquest") was popularized by Mexican writers Carlos Fuentes and Elena Poniatowska to describe the demographic and cultural presence of Mexicans into the Southwestern United States.[
The premise of this reconquest is an historical claim to the land prior to the presence of European-Americans. The term does not make a claim for Spaniard-Europeans but rather, for Mexicans, the majority of whom are mixed-blood and full-blood indigenous-blooded people
In more recent times, the notion of Indigenous liberation has become popularized by the Mexica Movement, a group based in Los Angeles. Whereas previous groups have advanced the notion of reclaiming only the U.S. Southwest, the Mexica Movement goes further by demanding that the entire North American continent be reclaimed by Mexicans, Central Americans, Native Americans, and Canadian First Nations.[2]
Mexica Movement Home Page declaration:
We are Nican Tlaca, the Indigenous People
of Canada, U.S., Mexico, and "Central America".
We reject all European divisions of our continent.
We reject the artificial border divisions of our people.
We reject the White Supremacist ideology
that claims Europeans are permanently endowed with the right
to define us and classify us to their liking.
We include "First Nation" and "Native American"
and "South American" Nican Tlaca (Indigenous People).
We say, "No to occupation!"
We say, "This is still our continent!"
We say, "Europeans are the illegals--since 1492!"
I wonder if the "civil rights organizations" are still having trouble seeing it?Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)
