I feel very sorry for Arnold since he has an impossible task of fixing the state of California. He is getting zero cooperation from Democrat majority in the state government whose only interests are massive tax increases, saving the environment, pro illegal immigration policies, gay marriage, abortion rights, and making it more difficult for businesses to operate in the state. The whole state is going to hell and falling apart because we have a government that is deaf, dumb, and blind to the state's real needs.

Arnold needs to focus on only ONE THING and that is population control by getting troops to the border; sealing up illegal entry; and taking whatever heat comes down. California does not have the land to construct any more homes. The flight out of the cities to the countryside to get away from the problems leaves people, families and pets sliding out of mud trying to get out of the house before it crashes in on them. The environment, soil composition, and ecology of California with sea air blowing in along its entire coast, a narrow width west to east, with air movement blocked by the mountains....is on the verge of being an unhealthy place to live. They have no water but what they purchase from Colorado and they use vast amounts of that to irrigate crops year round.

California like most states in the US can not gain prosperity through population growth. That thinking peddled by "developers" and other demographic based businesses will in our life time put California to sea.

The solid base of California that helped it survive the issues of Governor Browns day is no longer there. High-tech industries that soared are now closing plants left and right laying off high-income personnel. These industries have outsourced and few will expand or re-open in California.

The solid worker base of Californians, now in their 50's & 60's...the rock solid pragmatists are retiring...leaving the future to well....what we're fighting about....a population of "victims", a work force that is illegal here only to work, not to commit and a work force that will be deported, a group of young people more concerned with events in Mexico than right there in their own neighborhoods.

The upper echelon thinks illegal immigration and a flood of aliens from other countries makes them money or provides them a low cost nanny or someone to mow their yards or clean their toilets at a lower illegal wage, but the day of reckoning is upon the state of California.

If Arnold doesn't get that border sealed up, to give the people of California an oportunity to figure out What in the World is Going on, then the life raft the state is on now....will be swept under by the sea of people it can not sustain successfully.

IT is better to do ONE THING RIGHT than to try and do many things wrong. DO ONE RIGHT THING to save California, a state every American has loved since we heard the name....secure the borders....deport illegals....clean it up....and then and only then will you have a chance to restore this most beautiful state in our mainland to what it should be and would have been but for lawbreakers with hands out and mouths open.

It time for them to put their hands in their pockets, shut their mouths and go home.

The day of reckoning is surely upon Californication. However, it is their own fault. Being "laid back" has rendered them "laid out".
