    California's top prosecutor said Tuesday it's up to local police agencies to decide whether to comply with federal government requests to hold illegal immigrants.
    Actually it's always been up to all law enforcement agencies whether they hold illegals for I.C.E. when requested to do so because the law as written contains no penalty for not doing so.

    If there is no penalty stated in the law there is no penalty.
    NO AMNESTY

    Don't reward the criminal actions of millions of illegal aliens by giving them citizenship.
