Man had illegals working in Will County

CHICAGO — A man who helped his father-in-law supply illegal immigrants to staff area warehouses has been sentenced to six months of house arrest and three years of probation.
Christopher J. Reindl, 41, of St. Charles, pleaded guilty in November to hiring undocumented workers for Bensenville’s Anna II Inc. and Can Do It Inc. which were operated by Clinton R. Perkins, 66, of Wayne.
Perkins pleaded guilty to hiring illegal immigrants in September and was sentenced to 18 months in prison followed by three years of probation last month.
Reindl was sentenced Wednesday.
