A group that places water jugs in the desert for illegal border crossers announced a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of people who vandalized several of the stations, including some near where four immigrants were found dead last week.
Water Station founder John Hunter said someone poked holes in the gallon water containers in seven of the 42 stations the group maintains along state Route 98.

Does the group own the land where these water jugs are located?

This is interesting. It may be an escalation of anger toward illegal immigrants.

Why doesn't this company quit supplying water? Advertise in Mexico that no more water station will be available!
I think they are responsible in some form for the death of the people.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

Has anyone asked Morones? After all, isn't he the "Angel" who supplies the water?
I'm surprised he hasn't tried to seize the spotlight, since he's so "vital" to this operation.
I would bet that it's self-inflicted, to gain sympathy for illegal aliens. Sorry to sound like such a cynic, but every time the tide starts turning to enforcement, the IA lovers come up with more sob stories.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

It's interesting that John Hunter is the brother of Rep. Duncan Hunter (R-CA), who ran in the 2008 presidential campaign as a strong anti-illegal immigration candidate. I read that the brothers are very close, and, while Duncan Hunter says he disagrees with what his brother is doing, he also has helped his organization fill water containers in the desert.

The relatives of the dead IAs should sue the Border Angels, they expected water and died when the improperly maintained/designed water stations were empty.
