State Senate leader has outline of budget compromise

SACRAMENTO – The state Senate leader Tuesday sketched the outline of a budget compromise that would use the governor's proposed $4.5 billion “rainy dayâ€

But Democrats will fight the governor's bid to borrow nearly $2 billion from local governments and they will not approve drastic cuts he has proposed in the state's welfare-to-work plan, children's health care, in-home care for the elderly and disabled and aid for college students, Steinberg said.



So they're going to just keep right on financing all of the freebies for illegal aliens and their gaggles of anchor babies right?

Can't the citizens of CA turn around and demand recall elections or something?

Surely, there has to be something.

Until you all get these people out of your government, your ship is still sinking and I don't think you've got the time to wait for them to come up for for re-election.
