SACRAMENTO – The state Senate leader Tuesday sketched the outline of a budget compromise that would use the governor's proposed $4.5 billion “rainy dayâ€NO AMNESTY

So they're going to just keep right on financing all of the freebies for illegal aliens and their gaggles of anchor babies right?
Can't the citizens of CA turn around and demand recall elections or something?
Surely, there has to be something.
