Macon County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a 36-year-old man after he allegedly attempted to kidnap a 9-year-old girl early Monday morning.

Olivar Angelo Roblero of 397 Iotla Valley Park Road was charged with two felonious counts — attempted kidnapping and attempted abduction — and one misdemeanor assault on a child under 12. The arrest came after deputies initially responded to a 9-1-1 call at 2:32 a.m. reporting an altercation between five men involving two-by-fours.

Holland said it is standard practice that when an illegal citizen is arrested, they are processed through the system and, if found guilty, are required to serve any detention prior to deportment.

WHAT??????? First they started calling Illegal Aliens Illegal Immigrants Then they became Undocumented workers Now they are ILLEGAL CITIZENS? No wonder they think they have rights. No wonder they think they can vote. The constitution says you must be a citizen to vote, but it never states whether or not it is a legal or illegal citizen. $20,000 bond! Somebody had better get on the horn to the Macon County authorities and get that increased fast or this guy is gonna post bond and split! Going that low on bail for an illegal alien is a bad idea.
