    This guy Hutt doesn't have the manpower to enforce federal law. Oh, okay. Thanks for letting us know. Does he have the manpower to enforce state law? Or does he just confine his activities to enforcing local ordinances? Aren't drug laws federal laws? Aren't weapons charges federal law? Aren't a great many laws local police enforce federal amd stsate laws?

    Right....so I guess the Immigration Laws are the ones he doesn't want to enforce.

    Hmmm. What about those terrorism laws? I'm sure they are federal laws. But wait....if he never inquires as to legal status, then he'll never catch a terrorist sp no need to spent any time on THAT either, eh, Chief?
