    California does not have money to fix their dams, roads and bridges...but the have money for this?

    Pull their Federal Funding...and NO Federal Tax Dollars for their incompetence, mismanagement of taxpayers dollars, and refusal to fix the dams themselves!

    Same goes for ALL States who do not fix their infrastructure that leads to collapse. This should not be under FEMA, no Federal Tax Dollars!

    The Flint Water disaster is the same thing. Incompetence and mismanagement of funds. Why are our tax dollars being used to bail them out? This sets the precedence for ALL States to do this...then have their hands out for Uncle Sam!
