I guess California is trying to get ahead of the game because as of this date the U.S. Congress has not funded Trump's supposed version of a wall. Right now all that is going up is some fencing replacement, previously approved fencing and fencing repairs.

I hope we get the Trump 30' wall, but I'm not very optimistic about it happening, especially if we lose control of the U.S. House of Representatives this fall.

I wish everyone would stop referring to fencing as an actual wall! Doing so dilutes the whole idea behind a Trump wall!
