The official DAP chat is back
Yes you heard me right. The official DAP chat is back. You can get there by clicking the link on the top menu or by going to chat.dreamact.info. Log in using your forum log in information.

This chat is running using something called a socket server, all that means is that our web server can definitely handle it and it should be quite fast.

For technical reasons the chat server might shut down from time to time. Whenever that happens, give it 10 minutes at most and it should be automatically restarted.

I haven't had the chance to run any load tests, so please post your finding here. If you were in a conversation with 5 or more people, tell us how it went.

Default Hello, my story and a quick question
My name is David, 21 turning 22 in March and I am a Korean American. At the same time, it is kind of odd because I was actually born in Germany. Anyways, I came here when I was one with a traveling visa with my parents. At the time, my parents really didnt know much about the process of getting a green card and my uncle was always scarying them not to do anything because he believed that if we got caught we will be deported back to my home country.

I didnt know much about my status because it was kept so secretive by my parents. However, I found out that my family was trying to do everything possible to get status. We were sponsored by our church so that we can be under EB4? im not quite sure. It was the religious worker visa or something. Well that didnt turn out to good because the person that was in charge of the paperwork didnt do a good job and messed up the whole process. We are back to phase 1. Our case has been thrown out and I dont believe that we can get back into the process.

ANyways, I think I will be graduating next year from college with a BA in Marketing. I have a quick question for you dreamers. I dont exactly know if it is true but I heard that if you graduate with a BA, even if your an illegal alien, that you can get sponsored by a company that is willing to under E-3. Is that true? That is what one of my friend who is a paralegal told me. That once you graduate that you should look for a company that is willing to sponsor you through E3. Please tell me more info about this if it is possible. Thank you for reading this throughout.

I'm guessing you're undocumented right now? Are you grandfathered under 245(i)? Unless you have 245(i), then you can't be sponsored.
