Canada is not being too compassionate. Are they wrong to be less compassionate with those who have come to conduct economic war upon Canadians? That should be discussed at very least, economic war existed long before cyber war and I know not of economic war ever being politically or socially discussed. When do we recognize it as an attack? What are its ramifications? What is the proper response? Is it wrong to respond militarily? Are the invaders criminals or warriors? How do we respond to the invaders? What rights does the invaded nation maintain? What differentiates an invader from a refugee? Is there a real difference between invader and refugee??


That last question is a huge one, but deserves an intelligent answer or answers.
