    SAN ANTONIO -- Drug cartel violence in Mexico, kidnappings and almost daily deadly massacres are forcing hundreds of people in the small Mexican town of El Porvenir, Chihuahua, to seek shelter in the West Texas town of Fort Hancock.

    Entire families are leaving their homes behind. It’s a striking contrast as you cross the Rio Grande River from Fort Hancock, Texas into El Porvenir.

    The community is literally under siege by the Juarez and Sinaloa cartels that are battling for control for that isolated gateway into the United States. As a result, the town has become a virtual ghost town with most of its residents now in the U.S.

    What you can't go south, just another lame excuse to get into America,So if I lived in Bangor Maine, and I was so scared would I go up into Canada.NOT=Gee where would i go,oh I know ARIZONA THE PATRIOT STATE
