Cartels Using C4 Explosive

CHANNEL 5 NEWS learned the cartels are stashing a high-tech explosive that can cause chaos called compound 4, and we're told they can smuggle it without anyone knowing.

C4 is a plastic explosive. The U.S. military uses it to fight the war on terror in Iraq and Afghanistan. Cartels use it to fight the Mexican military. Organized criminals blew up cars in Matamoros last year using C4.
