    Cary NC man charged with sexually abusing child

    Sorry if this is a dup. Just saw it today. Did a search and did not find it at ALIPAC.

    Cary, N.C. — A Cary man has been accused of sexually abusing a 10-year-old girl, according an arrest warrant.

    Pedro Ventura Chavez, 33, had been abusing the girl for over a year, sources told WRAL News.

    Chavez, of 304 Middleton Ave., was charged Sunday with one count of felony taking indecent liberties with a child.

    He was bring held Sunday in the Wake County jail under a $150,000 bond. His first court appearance was set for Monday afternoon.

    Chavez has also been placed under a retainer by federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency.

    This story just keeps being repeated over and over. There is a huge CULTURAL divide between the people coming here illegally and the citizens of this country and they don't want to assimilate they are turning our world into their cesspool.

    People like this man just want get here and do anything they want and get all that they can - we do not approve of this deviate behavior. Rape, pillage and plunder.

    Sexual abuse of women and children has become a recurring theme all over the country and I for one an sick of it and frusterated with a government that would condone it through inaction.

    Cary, N.C. — More charges of sexual abuse involving a child were filed Friday against a Cary man first arrested last weekend.

    Pedro Ventura Chavez, 33, of 304 Middleton Ave., faces new charges of first-degree rape and first-degree sexual offense against a child. He was arrested last Sunday on one charge of felony taking indecent liberties with a minor.

    Arrest warrants list a 10-year-old girl as the victim. Sources have told WRAL that the girl had been abused for over a year.

    Chavez was being held in the Wake County jail Friday under a $1 million secured bond. He has also been placed under a detainer by federal the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency.
