The district court judge who heard arguments regarding New Ipswich police's authority to charge an illegal alien with criminal trespass, will hear eight similar cases â€â€

Query?

What makes any arrest of any illegal alien "unlawful" if the charge is trepass if you are anywhere in the United States where you aren't supposed to be?

Trespass = Being somewhere you aren't supposed to be

I'm sure we can sit back and wait to see if the Judge is going to create new legislation for illegals or enforce the law.
